The younger athletes (8-18), the parents also get a guide to understand how they can support their child, so they feel like a full partner in the growth of their child.

Every one starts with the core 4 foundation sessions for a Champions Mindset

Session 1 - Clarify and set your Goals, Mental training, Positive self talk, relaxation and visualisation techniques,

Daily mental training techniques

Session 2 - Review. Lock in your goals, Positive mental Power techniques, custom hypnosis session to lock in a champions mindset, a copy of the hypnosis session ,

Daily mental training techniques

Session 3 - Review. Learn a technique to "instantly" get into the zone,

learn self hypnosis.

Session 4- - Review. Reset/refocus technique to overcome setbacks quickly, clear negative thoughts, to come back stronger and better.
